  Traveled quite the distance to see this physician for a 3rd opinion due to her high online ratings. I had been diagnosed with different autoimmune disorders by 2 specialists prior and wanted distinction between the two. I'd been gravely ill for 15 years prior. Rachel Brown reviewed all my prior labs and said it indeed appeared I had both diseases and she wanted to run 2 newer tests on me that had not been done. She said i fit all the symptoms for said diseases. She mentioned that because I was currently being treated with medication by my physician that this might alter the lab results, but she hoped it would give us some answers. Six vials of blood were drawn that first (and only) appointment. Weeks later they called to tell me their one test was negative so I had "no autoimmune condition," they couldn't treat me for something I didn't have, and instructed me to contact my "primary physician" to see of they could "figure it out." Warning: one blood test could devalulate years of labs prior, other physians opinions, and decades of debilitating symptoms. They wouldn't even give me a second appointment to try to figure out the issue, NO further lab testing, ZERO imaging studies (MRI, ultrasound, x-ray), nothing. I was very cordial and asked to speak with Dr. Brown because I was so confused after her just telling me at the appt that it appeared I had both to now being of perfect health? I was informed by a very snarky and unprofessional staff named Sonya that their office "had over 3,000 patients so the doctor refuses to talk with patients via phone." Not worth one star.
