- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The female dentist was fantastic with my son. The front office staff (not all of them but a few) could use more customer service training. I agree with a review from years ago. They quoted me how much it was going to be (I know it's an estimate), but when we were checking out it was over 120 dollars off the estimate. I ask for the prices because we have to budget carefully every month that way we know what to expect. I know that using laughing gas has a cost, but please add that to the estimate. I am still calculating how much it was going to be pre-insurance, it comes out to be what it says on the paper, but after insurance covers their share, it still comes up 50 dollars more than what it was said including laughing gas. That to me is still a big chunk. I have worked in a dental clinic before and have never seen this happen. Anyway, female and younger male dentist are fantastic.
